for sale £5 each plus postage some have not been yoused may be copys as it dose not say fenn on them

They are copies, and are not legal for use in the UK

You can buy these for £5 new there is a place sells them farm supplies big company can't remember the name but he would not be selling them if they were illegal to use in the uk,

It's not illegal to sell them, but as they have not been subjected to testing they are not listed on the Spring Trap Approval Orders and are therefore NOT legal to use in the UK.

I've had some of these traps before and caught plenty rats with them they work exactly the same a a fenn but they don't last as long as a fenn (poor build quality) hence the cheap price tag,

Collins nets sell a copy, they're really cheap, just out of interest Matt are they approved or illegal to use?

I think you've answered your own question there Mole Man... 'really cheap' usual means manufactured somewhere in the far east and unlikely to have UK approval :yes:

 using illegal traps ? just buy real fenns buy right buy once and dont break the law its simple
