Guest little_lloyd
I will Anyway heres the craic bit of a bummer today with picking up the Birds. I arrived at the farm gate at around ten past ten thismorning there was a que of two cars. Waited for a good old ten minutes when a bloke comes out and sticks a sign on the gate saying 'closed' and walks back into the yard. The person infront got out and asked him why they where shut and he ignored him. You would of thought he could of came to the gate where his waiting customers or shall i say ex-customers where and expalined the situation arrogant c**t!! So the farms open tomorrow and if i had not paid for them already i would of taken my money some place else But the crate still in the landy and ill be hoping to bring them to wood tommorow!!!!!! gnipper 5,945
Noisey b*****ds and their eggs give you terrible windypops after you've bashed them round the pan a few times trying to crack them. If you clip their wings they will still be able to get out of charleys reach. I had two in my laying pen which buggered off but before they did the hen layed loads of eggs like a quail, more than she could sit anyway. I wanted to neck them every time I went to feed because I hate the noise they make Quote Link to post

Aaron 3
you shouldnt need to clip there wings, if the resources are there then they wont feel the need to bugger of. there great to have in pens as the will certainly let you know if owts about, but as far as shooting goes, it'll b out of trees!
