Eley VIP 32g 5's for pretty much everything other than Snipe/Grouse/Partridge 7 1/2s and BB's for fox.

I know a man who uses 53 gm Number 4's on some of the pheasants he shoots . . . .

I was asking a fella at the pheasants what cart ages he used, his answer was, dont worry about cartages if you on your on

Another old fella killing birds for fun using 26g of 7.5, I think he was the best gun.
