He is doing brill mate, coming full creance length pretty instant, hammering the recall lure, coming off it to the fist when he has finished his feed, and most importantly lol, he is coming out of trees

Cheers lads I am like the terminator lol and absolutely will not stop until he is killing

Don't want to rush him, want to be sure about trees in strange places before I take the plunge, but on the other hand, I don't want to hold the lad back either

So he was out for his first hunt tonight, did not manage to catch, but soooo close, did a proper wingover into the gorse, heard a bang and a squeal when I get there he is staring down a hole, so it must have just got out of his grasp and down the hole, anyway walking back later I kick one out of some reeds for him, and off they go up the bankside, I lost sight of them and as I get to the top of the bank, up a tree he goes, the farmer who was stood by the gate filling some water butts, had a massive grin on his face, he said Bubba was on its arse right until the last second when it made some round bales, just before he could nail it ;) so I am chuffed with him, will work my ass off now to get him on his first kill

Well cos I was a bit time limited I took him to a permission quite close to home theres a few bunnies but not a lot, finally got him a slip on one and he just missed as the little darling got under an out building before he could grab it, but at least he chased, not bad for a bird thats never been lamping before, out again this evening to chase the first kill once more
