just my new to me secondhand rifle from a chap that took great care of it shot it on his land gun is a tad heavy but feel right scope is spot on are these guns real tools or just abit of fun

it looks like it got the original scope on and is pin point what are the like for taking out the like of rabbits and taking to the local gun club he assured me its just under 12 ft lbs but ive heard to many storys of the being more. quick question on the screw by the trigger which way do i turn it to make the trigger a tad lighter

no Phantom i dont the guy said it is the uk spec which had th spring changed for the uk market the gun its self also has uk staped so il take it to the gun shop to get it double checked but thank you for the advice

Phantom if i were to apply for my fac would this be a good think to mod and use or buy somthing fac standard rather than upgrading it

I've unfortunatly been on the wrong end of the 12 ft/lbs rule

 

Luckilly I had (turned it round on the Police) gotten just a caution instead of a sell behind bars!

Good on you getting it checked very worth while

 

Have it tested with Light, medium and heavy pellets (springers tend to produce the most with a medium to light pellet),

thanks Walshie i got mine to day but im a bit worried now as Phantom has the german spec is 18 ft lbs but uk spec is just under 12ft lbs as i dont have a fac im a bit concerned but indeed a very nice gun was going to use it for the likes of rabbits but i guess i need it crono first

At 18 the performs very well indeed, I've seen its capabilities

 

But if you need a ticket, put in your application before you let them know you have the gun!

Don't eworry but DO get it chronoed first!

Worry if it's OVER 12!

Havi it checked by a friend as a shop can refuse to give you it back and are legally obliged to report you and it if over 12ft/lbs
