Trousers?

Recommended Posts

I'm in the running for a decent pair of trousers Instead of wearing Lightweights all the time with over trousers :hmm:.

I saw some at the Holkham Gamefair but forgot to go back to buy some. these was Khaki and padded around the knees and also waterproof, they also looked pretty strong for knocking about in any Brambles.

I'm not looking for Over Trousers just a decent pair for all weathers that are pretty hardy, can anyone put me in the right direction to buy some, or recommend a decent pair??

Cheers

Jasper

Honestly i'm not trying to dress you up to look a c*nt, i believe you do that most days on your own :tongue2:

But why not consider a pair of tweeds ?, i had some a year or two back and they were superrb, seemed to have shrunk a bit round the waste a bit mind, can't understand it

I also had a pair of moleskin lined waterproof trousers from Cuthberts of Norden , or something like that, they were ok too.

I f you do get some Tweeds and honestly they were the dog's, get some that are lined or your always scratching your knob end/knee B)

HITENAâ„¢ is a high technology material innovation which is used for protective equipment/clothing; in motorcycle sport for example.

  • Super durable
  • Long-lasting
  • Has a breathable coating which protects the body in extreme weather conditions
  • Dirt resistant

HITENAâ„¢ has been developed after many years of research into the use of specialist sports equipment, and in tasks facing great challenges because of weather conditions and quality requirements.

HITENAâ„¢ is made from a mixture of technical polyamide fibres, which ensure great long-term resistance against wear, tear and dirt.

Sherwood forest dunhill trousers are very good gear. They are hardwaring"canvas" type cotton outer with goretex type lining. They have several different type pockets, knife pocket etc,and have velcro adjustable bottoms on the legs. They are thick and warm and well worth the money. They are very good gear but i dont think man has invented a barbed wire proof material yet :D

Them chainsaw Trousers Hob&Jill look the business but are they waterproof? they certainly would be good for bushing around near brambles.

I really like the look of the "Deerhunter Ram trousers" the green one's. could of done with some of these last night Ian when walking with the Gimplet around the woods :whistling:, he insisted we play "Chase Me" around the woods most of the evening, so I chased him and caught him !! mind you he didn't try very hard to get away, thankfully Molly was there to keep him under control....
