Muzzel's are not compulsory but you can bring your own if you wish.

Ian, do you not think it's time that muzzels were compulsory? Most people that race their dogs have them because at most other shows they wont get racing without them!

Sure wouldn't be running my dog with a muzzle on if others in the race had none on ,the dog cant defend itself if you get a scrapper, have to all be muzzled or none at all in my book.

Would have to agree with Lady Jane, Muzzles should be compulsory at every show. Nobody wants a dog to suffer unnecessary, and big Vet bills on top of that, Also can create bad blood between individual dog owners when this happens. Be sensible, no muzzle, no run.

Yes the entrys are usaully good for the Borders,it will good to have you over.

Janet, muzzels have never been compulsory at Moira however it would obviously please a lot of people if the other

dog racing against theirs was wearing a muzzle so we will do our best to accomadate this but on the other hand

if two dogs are racing with no muzzles and the owners are happy with this then i can't see aproblem with this.

Have been on the receiving end when the dogs didn't wear muzzles in the past.....it can turn out very nasty!!!!! All the very best with the show....though hope it's not just as warm as last year.

There is all the usual show class's & simulated racing on but we are having our 1st ever Puppy Championship this year.

Just got the SACS news letter through this morning and the Lurchers and Terriers got a decent mention Look out for the Two for One deal available to SACS members but you must contact Elspeth before the 17TH of May to allow time for the tickets to be posted out.
