I've just made one of these, must say its fu#%*ng great I use mine for hunting and it's class The best app I've found is movie pro and is £1.99 it has a pause and zoom function wich is a must to get

Well done Chris, is it stable enough to walk around with in the field if you wanted to film your hunting exploits? Fancy posting a step-by-step guide on how you made it, or better still fancy making me one for my Samsung Galaxy S2 :D:whistling:

By the way, your dog looks impressed!

Lmao he was he wanted ago, and tbh it was my idea with my father handy work.. I will sort out step by step shortly, and not been out in the field with it yet but pointed the gun up walked around and feels really stable and not fallen or moved off the scope

I took the adjustable foot off of computer desk and got another 3/4 spare.

Will look into the step by step now pal

Must say im really impressed

Ok step by step well

sort of…..

What you need is

Down pipe reducer

http://www.diy.com/nav/fix/plumbing/guttering/downpipes___sockets/FloPlast-68mm-Pipe-Socket-Black-11577611?skuId=12088317

pipe foam

araldite

http://www.scarva.com/Models.aspx?ModelID=2574

super glue

adjustable foot

and a bit of tape I

used camo cloth tape

Okay so firstly I

needed to find out the distance that the camera on the iPhone needed to be away

from the scope, After doing that I took the downpipe connector allowed for a

little bit of a overlap roughly 15 to 20 mm on the scope then cut the length I

needed it to be.

IMG_5183_zps664e80ee.jpg

Then I took my spare

iPhone case found out where the camera would be in line with the case then

placed it on the end of the downpipe making sure that the camera was directly

in the middle, marked either side of the case on the edge of the tube then cut

out a gap so the phone could have a bit of a seat in the pipe.

IMG_5180_zpsd285784c.jpg

then using araldite I

glue it in place.

Then I took the foam tube,

cut it the same length and the down pipe tube, put camo tape around the foam

tube so the super glue had something better to bond to.

Put the pipe up to my

scope, drew round the scope then cut out the shape remembering that I needed to

cut in the depth of the overlay where it will fit on the scope so it was a nice

snug fit.

IMG_5178_zps4ffae00b.jpg

then simply glued the

foam pipe in to the down pipe using super glue.

Obviously allow time

for both of the glues to set before carrying on to the next stage.

From there I put the

iphone into the case put it on the scope found out the height between the top

of the stock and the down pipe and simply cut the plastic square where the foot

screws into,

IMG_5185_zpsd3ad09e9.jpg

then glued it on.

IMG_5179_zps668ed495.jpg

then should look like

this or similar lol

by the way if any one

wants the plastic feet I can send u one got 5 left pm me and matk on here that

u want one. fcfs

Never done step by

step before so hope it helps
