Brilliant fish to eat I spear fish and always catch them :)

Quick and easy recipe

1 cup of flour

1 tablespoon of baking soda

1 cup of water

 

Mix all together

Dry pollock fillets no skin with flower

Put in batter mix put in pan with low heat,

 

Serve with chips and mushy peas :)

Never had fresh pollock and there are hundreds of big feckers around me defo one to get onto.

 

One another subject last night I made Dorado baked in salt and herbs frickin lovely nom nom

Dorado is lovely mate, caught them in Barbados, one of the nicest fish I've eaten...

Different Dorado the one in Spain is Gilt Head Bream.

Of course, I forgot they called bream dorado, thanks

 

I meant dorado dolphin.. Of mahi mahi... We had 6 on the boat one day, cracking fighting fish and taste bloody lovely..

Different Dorado the one in Spain is Gilt Head Bream.

That's the one and it's fookin lovley :D the flesh has a hint not far from citrus/lime very nice fish to eat.

 

I'm lucky here the amount of fresh seafood available, still not tried half of it yet but working on it :thumbs:
