nope & nope :)

get one of these http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/261122141571?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649

same thing but with adjustable beam & and takes standard batteries - bought one the other day there great, i own a couple ultrafires 501 also there great but limited to non adjustable beam so very strong and can scare quite a few rabbits. - however one thing that is great is an ultrafire 501b + red bulb + replacing the glass lens with a conical one - a guy on ebay used to make them and sell them.

Hi

Before having night vision i used a ultra fire with a red lamp ,very good. What is wrong with the 18650 batteries .

I had a lenser but found the filters were crap so sold it.

I think you can pick up a ultra fire with a red lamp batteries and charger for about £28 .

I use a diy modded ultrafire 501b with red led, blacked out refractor, curved glass lens it is awsome it lives on my scope permenantly. Would reccomend one of theese above anything else iv tried.

If anyone is interested in making a modded ultrafire 501 B torch then link to the lens is:

Remove the old one and fit this, It might need a little sanding to go in but thats easy. I did mine in 2 mins on the doorstep :)

An ultrafire 501 red led torch with tail switch is really cheap about 12 pounds on ebay. remove the refractor and spray it matt black (unscrew from the led bit first so you dont paint over the led bulb) this makes a massive improvement and put back together as it doesnt spill the light.

This mount fits perfect:

The above modification makes the beam really tight and square (the shape of the led bulb) witch makes it project miles further. mine honestly picks up a rabbit over 100+ yards.

They are that small mines left permenantly on my gun, It was a mini project well worth doing. Its just a pain waiting for stuff to arrive from hong kong!

No problem 19powel90, have you blacked out your refractor aswell? it makes another vast improvement.

If you want to try it but dont want to risk ruining your existing refractor then you can buy one for next to nothing to try it. I would reccomend you do it it makes the torch even better!

you can order a spare refractor to try it on the link below. I blacked mine out with a black permenant marker instead of spraying it black and it worked a treat

What does the glass do to the beam once changed ?

makes the beam tighter and shine further

. If that's the case an there easy to fit ill order one an give it a try already have light so just needs the glass.

well worth worth doing considering they are so cheap, many people are happy with them as standard but the lens definately helps. personally i use a hand held lamp or headlights to find the rabbits and then use the red led torch to shoot them, they tend to be a lot less lamp shy with one of theese
