reunited a day later

Went ferreting yesterday with two Jill ferrets and the lurch , I found a purse net had been left on the first warren .This is the fourth net we have found this season already .Though they might have left a net they had cleared all wsrrends , not a rabbit in sight.The last warren did produce 1healthy bunny but only one ferret emurged .I waited a good 2 hours in the freezing Cold but still ferret.Due to it getting dark I left the rabbit down the hole attached to a purse net send road home pretty pissed.

 

Well I left really early this Morning and thank god as I began pulling the rabbit back out the hole the ferret finally decided to show her face.when riding back home I noticed a rabbit on the grass verge, I carried on past it and it had obvious signs of mixy.I didn't let this one become a wasted road kill victim and instead it went straight in my bike luggage carrier for dog food .
