Rabbit curry help

Recommended Posts

Right here we go, i soaked the back legs, and back of the Rabbit, in water with some Salt and Vinegar for four hours.

I then washed the pieces in cold water and dried them with kitchen towel.

I seared the Rabbit for 5 mins in a tablespoon of oil.

Then added the Rabbit to a Slow Cooker added Carrot and Onion.

Poured over a jar of Patacks Madras Curry Sauce, switched it at 10 pm and switched off at 10 am next Morning.

Curry was beautiful just peeled off the bone, next one I will try is, Patacks Jalfreezi Sauce.
