I'm just getting my lathe set up so not tried pens yet (no mandrel) but I'm having loads of fun making priests and bowls at the moment ;) just finished a segmented bowl which has been snaffled by the mother inlaw!! It's walnut and sycamore and took me a bloody week to make! Still don't no how to put pics up tho?

Let the shaving fly!!!!

Aye, its good release....

Pens are straightforward, once you've made all the mistakes, and bought all the gear..

then its down to taste and style how good they are..
