NIckinSurrey 6 Posted June 24, 2012 Report Share Posted June 24, 2012 It depends whether the clay ground has a police exemption (a Section 11(6) permit) and as long as your friend is not a "Prohibited Person" under Section 21 of the Firearms Act (1968).
