duck pens

Ok here is the gist :D Getting around 10-20 ducklings soon both for shooting and to contribute to wild stocks have a small pond that a couple of ducks use at the moment so getting a pen built up very soon :) Never had anything to do with ducks before so how big a pen do you reckon will be sutible??

just rear them in an 8x8 shed till they get 6-9 weeks then put them straight on a pond with a feeder. make sure you have traps around for mink till they get airborn.make sure shed is rat proof as they will slaught day olds with relish..good luck.

Doubt theres any mink around, im getting them pretty soon so what ill do is rear them at home in a shed or the garage and get em on the pond :victory: On top of all the ground vermin already B)
