ns200 night vision home made post working

Recommended Posts

went out last night with my nite site and shot 14 rabbits took my friend who was well impressed longest shot was just over 100 meters away.

I have been doing some research on the ns 200 the camera they use is a sony 1/3 ccd module which is the sensor with 540 tvl you can get these on ebay for around £50 but in my research I have found a camera that should be able to out do the ns200 by a few hundred meters I am also working on this camera at the moment to get depth of field which is no small challenge but it does look promising. so there should be a set up soon that should be able to get to around 500 meters if not more and in hd if they do a tv screen at 3inch in hd that is and is still looking like i can do this for under£100. sorry I have not put any pics on here as I am having problem with up loading them but i will try again.

here a pic of my set up I have tided it up a bit since i done this one as i said i do not use a tube on mine as there is no need and the camera is set well enough to use it as a head rest so it will make a 3 point shooting position instead of a 2 point.post-70313-0-35677300-1338718614.pngpost-70313-0-35677300-1338718614.png

please note the pic quality is no where near as good in this pic due to me taking a pic of the screen this 100 meters in complete blackness it is in colour as well as the lamp gives off so much ir the camera does not go in to mono chrome until it gets to about 150 meterspost-70313-0-89860500-1338720109.pngpost-70313-0-89860500-1338720109.png
