A RYHOPE OLD RECIPE , game meatloaf , cook all your game in slow cooker for good few hours . when cooked take all the meat off the bone , put it in a bowl with a roll of RAW sausage meat and 1 egg ,bind it all togeather and ad a jar of apple sauce or cranberry mix it all in . Line your loaf tin with grease proof paper , then line it with streaky bacon , then put your filling in covering with streaky bacon on top . Put it in oven on gas mark 200 for 1hr and 15 min with tin foil on top . after that drain all juice off makes lovely gravy .put back in oven with no tin foil on top for another 25 mins . just before the bacon goes brown put some honey over the top and cook for further 10 mins . leave it in fridge when cold over night , i place a London brick on top to keep it firm till mornin then serve cold . and thats it!

 

1 x sausage meat

1 x egg

2 x streaky bacon

1 x jar apple/ cranberry sauce

1 x jar of honey

would love feed back and PS dont cut it up until COLD
