We only need about 6 beaters though and those who make an effort get a bit of shooting, vermin etc or if a gun dosnt turn up, most of our beaters are wanting a gun in the shoot and come to show how keen they are ( keenest often wears off once they get a gun tho Quote Link to post

Not a days pay in the true sense of the word but good perks for being out in the open air and taking part in country pursuits, albeit in a supporting role. Sign me up! Anything in North Bucks area?
