It was made to a larger size on purpose.So that in wet and cold conditions when its covered in mud and your hands are freezing cold it is a lot easier to use.The software is much better its more accurate and none of the numbers fluctuating.The accuracy is superb,no more digging past the tube.Just straight down onto the dogs back.Its something that you will realise once used on numerous digs.A far superior piece of kit in my opinion.

you dont get cold hands from inside the 360.... :thumbs:

have used the b&f for three seasons,no complaints,my mate has the barryvox and we use either, in my eyes not a great deal of difference,never brokedown to side of the dog with bellman,only thing what grates me is the fecking beeping

You are talking about the Pieps,we are talking about the new box made by B & F the DLR, and its totally silent.

had about twelve digs with the new box prefer it in metres too very accurate

How does compare to the barryvox?i'm due an update

iv used the old belman and the barryvox but i think the barryvox box nd te new bellman collar work reeally together pal

Anyone totally relying on mirco switches,circuit boards and software to never fail them are taking big risks !

Time spent watching and working with others as a sort of apprenticeship is more important than the Box brand or Firmware you box runs.

You goto worry for dogs, who's owners have come online, bought a dog,shovel and box after a bit of Net surfing and now think they are terriermen? I've never seen a box to beat experience.
