Hi from a wanabee keeper whe runs a small shoot buys poults pellets corn cartriges guns cloths dogs dog food kit to make pens drinkers feeders eggs incubaters keeps ferrets beats on other shoots and has a proper job through the week :whistling: i know its an industry to some but i think i hold the moral ground :tongue2: over the corperate shooter who turns up on the day but as we all know it's money that keeps any industry/ activity going my point is there has to both types of shoots to keep the sport going if it gets to exclusive then we help the antis make the sport an easy target to turn joe public against it.as for this poor blokes post i say you pays your money and takes your chance if its no good you don't go back.

Do the books work out then mate is it worth the effort from a financial point I can see half of the pleasure is from doing the work and putting in the effort but wouldn't it be easier to buy small days?

I have achallenging permission in North Essex near Sudbury . The owner wants rabbits cleared off it and I don't have the time to have a serious crack at it due to other commitments. I've tried live catch cage traps to no avail. Are there any snare/trap men or serious shootists that want a go? The owner will pay for good results.

If any youngster, newcomer to ferreting would like to come out and join me and my team of pugs, lurchers in the field for hands on experience then pm me telling me a bit about yourself, as we all know permission is hard to get, especially for those just getting into our kind of pest control, bring your own pugs if you like. As above this is for folk starting ferreting in my area, atb j
