nrat 8
Try this drink, Out walking the other week picked some sweet cicely [ looks like parsley but smells strongly of aniseed] thought this could make a nice drink, picked a good sized hand full shredded it and put into a 5ltr water container [empty] poured on lots of sugar [probably to much least thats what the wife said] then poured on 2 bottles of gin give it a good shake to mix then shake every 2 or 3 days after 2 weeks it began to look a bit discusting ?? and the colour of stale piss decanted it through a muslin cloth and tried it, wow its absolutly marvalous strond aniseed sweeter than pernod but you could adjust the sugar content to your taste, will certainly be making more of this stuff, make sure you are picking sweet cicily there are several similar plants out there that are harmfull, but this is certainly worth making
