Nights longnetting available.

Recommended Posts

Would anyone be interested in helping me clear some rabbits off of a field in Gloucester? The only thing is that you will need to own a pre-set drop long net. I tried it last night with a quick set long net but the rabbits are soo wary that they were gone before the net was put all the way out. I'm new to this longnetting game so someone with a bit of experience would be ideal too!

Reply or ideally PM me if your interested and we will sort something out.

P.S the guy who owns the land is a bit worried about who comes onto his land so unfortunately you won't be able to bring along any mates or dogs. But the field is littered with rabbits on the night time so it should definately be worth your while - and we can keep what we catch.

We are gonna give it a go on Monday night. Just thought it would be a bit easier and more successful with a drop longnet. See what monday brings.

Shame you're so far away mate. Thought people would be biting my hand off but haven't really heard much back. Obviously people don't use the drop nets anymore - they are very expensive. Gonna give it another go monday night with the normal longnets but set them up in the day and see if this works.

Thanks for your reply - I know how hard it is to get permission these days so if i can help anyone out I do by offering what I can.

Pigeon shooting on a small farm between Darlington and Richmond, must be able to go mid week not just weekends, this could be a nice little pigeon shooting permission for the right person, I’ve had some good days here but just can’t get there as often as the owner would like

      Hi all,
My Dad  and I have rented a land in Spain. 30 min from Gibraltar airport. We are looking for 5 hunters to share the expenses. Currently i live in Bristol so what i do is to take weekend flights almost every month so im happy that you to join me.
      The land has:
      3 ibex license sep-january
      8 red deers sep-feb
      12red  deer does
      5 roe deers May- September
      Wildboar all the year
The land also includes house and my father is happy to pick up you at the airport.
The price is £2000 per season/hunter
if you know someone who might be interested give me a ring.
The idea is to share the expenses not to sell a hunt as we are not professional outfitters so we are just looking for fellow hunters who are interested in big game shooting to share the experience.
