Rabbithunter 456 Posted January 9, 2007 Report Share Posted January 9, 2007 Hare vidaloo.Ingredients.... 1 cup of vinigar. 1 cup of vegetable oil. 1/3 of a jar of PATAKS vindaloo curry paste. Method...... 1/ Chop the hare into 1" cubes. 2/ Put into container with all other ingredients and maranade for 24 hours in the fridge.Stir occassionally. 3/ After 24hours transfer to an oven proof dish.Place in the centre of the oven and cook on 180 or gas mark 4-5 for about two hours stirring regularly. Serve with rice or chips this a very tastey way of cooking hare.....LOVELY above is a recipe for Vindaloo Hare, posted by PegAndGun, i have a variation, MADRAS RABBIT 1 cup of vegetable oil PATAKS madras curry paste Rabbit fillets. cook it same way as P&G say's, serve with chips and/or rice i can smell mine cooking now yum yum Quote Link to post Share on other sites
