gonetoearth 5,144 Posted December 13, 2010 Report Share Posted December 13, 2010 every one has differant tastes you will get to know your through exprimenting woodcock 4 to 10 days for me plucked a gizzed removed the roast with bacon and seasoned butter on brest 30 mins take out oven and remove entrails mash up and eat on toast mmmmm eat woodcock with mash spuds and savoy cabbage Quote Link to post Share on other sites
