woodcock 4 to 10 days for me plucked a gizzed removed the roast with bacon and seasoned butter on brest 30 mins take out oven and remove entrails mash up and eat on toast mmmmm

eat woodcock with mash spuds and savoy cabbage :thumbs:

I don't bother hanging pheasants. I just skin them as soon as I get home!

 

 

hello i quite new to shooting having only been doing dog work and ferreting for years.on saturday i went rough shooting and shot a pheasant 2 teal and a wood cock just wondering how long i should hang them before i cook them.cheers for any replys
