just a reply on the topic of beardie lurchers.i owned one for 17 years bred out of remus and a greyhound in 1989. a rough coated dog 25 inch. he was simple to train and had a 1st class temperament. go

Put some bearie cross into what I had years ago and never looked back, Im not a lover of collies crosses..but the beardie cross I used was one of the hardest lurchers on foxes Ive seen, a hundred percenter and it did click with the deerhound crosses I had at the time..got some real grafters..smashing images by the way

 

What beardie blood did you use Romany? As you know I have recently crossed beardie with deer/grey.

 

Hi hon, it was a dog called Paddy, bred out of the Dulux bitch from Ashington mated him to Bes he was the great grandfather to the young black and tan bitch on the photo above..if you want any info about it please pm or email me
