2002 defender 90 TD5

Recommended Posts

I have a LAND ROVER defender 90 county hard top TD5 2002, bonatti grey, just under 56000 miles, ZU alloy wheels with BFG mud terrain tyres x5 (unused spare)locking nuts, front and rear diff gaurds, tank gaurd, steering gaurd, heavy duty winch bumper with 2 spot lights and roller fairlead, chequer plate wing tops bonnet and rear corners, inlet vents to help with the heating, snorkel with piperx air filter and axel/gearbox breathers, rear corner bumperettes, nas rear lights, tow bar with electrics relocated to wheel arch so the drop plate can be removed for more clearence, rock/tree sliders, sport steering wheel, alloy gear knobs and clock serrounds, re-trimmed seats, dog gaurd, full chequer plate rear floor, removed bulkhead with blanking bar, drivers seat on higher rails that go further back to give the leg room that is needed in a defender, Cd player with ipod connection. THE WHOLE SUSPENSION IS BRAND NEW AND COST AROUND £2000, +2" Terrafirma medium springs front and rear, terrafirma 2" cranked rear trailing arms with polybushes and new stainless bolts, terrafirma heavy duty spring retainers front and rear, terrafirma rear spring dislocation hooks, terrafirma 3 degree correction front radius arms with matching polybushes and new stainless bolts, terrafirma standard height tubular front turrets, terrafirma front dislocation cones with terrafirma retaining rings, +5" terrafirma skockers all round, new propshaft uj's, polybushed panhard rod, reconditioned/re-sealed steering box (not yet done), Grey grill and front light serrounds, i will include a 4ft high lift jack as nothing else will lift a wheel off the floor as there is that much travel in the suspension. There is a superwinch ep9 but either the motor or solonoid is shot so this will be included in the sail but not fitted or working. Obvoustly there ars a few scratches and dings, one by the drivers side front light/wing, the drivers door is slightly mis-shaped by the handal from having to push the door shut when the lock worked loose and the door wouldnt shut (these aluminium pansls bend easily but dont rust), there is a full dog gaurd. there may be a few things i have missed out. this is a serious bit of kit without going silly serious and having 35" tyres and mor competition equipment although all it would take to get this to full comp spec is a roll cage, 2 winches, front and rear diff locks( Land Rover defenders only have center diff lock as standard.

PRICE £11000 ono i will try to take a few pics tomorrow with the number plate taken off
