Transit 0 Posted January 7, 2010 Report Share Posted January 7, 2010 Hi all , iv got a limited edition hunting print by William Hobson listed on ebay, Im sure most of you guys are familiar with the artist and a good few of you will know or own the picture itself, for the benefit of those who do not, W.Hobson is a well known countryside/hunting artist from Lancashire who paints some very good pieces of hunting dogs,shooting and horse related art.(as well as rural and landscape) This print is titled "Conflict" and shows a terrier and fox fighting above ground in a misty woodland setting. This print is part of my personal collection and has been for years, its always been a good talking point when guest's have come to my house and seen it on the wall and has also started a few debates when the guests have been of the anti-hunt persuasion. As I was made redundant at the start of last month iv been forced to have a big sort out of various things and have decided after a lot of deliberation the I would part with this wonderful print, so if you think you might like it or you've been keeping an eye out for one to pop up for sale like this one then i've put the link for it on ebay below. I have posted this post in the for sale forum also but i thought i'd post it in this forum as well so the terriermen and digging lads got wind of it as its a print thats of acquired taste so to speak, if you catch my drift.
