Chest takes a long time to clear up - but now I'm nearly fitter than when I was 18. I went on snuff for about a year after giving them up - great stuff altogether - stuck to No.99 mainly but tried probably 100's of others. Rumney's plus is probably the nicest but hard to get here. Had strawberry snuff once - wasn't as bad as it sounds. This site has a fair stock: http://www.the-tobacconist.co.uk/ I prefered the coarser snuff. I wouldn't have given them without the snuff - it might be as bad for you cancer wise but at least it gave my chest a chance to clear - it is also addictive but I had no problem stopping it.
