I would not bother to much but to get skin in to tip top condition naturally use Wheatgerm Oil in the food as its the best source of VIT E along with good grub. The other natural product is Evening Primrose Oil but dont get the cheap shit from Holland and Barraett for 99p a 100, Get quality with at least 10% GLA content.
