The fa cup isn't as important to the clubs challenging in the champions league & premier league due to the money involved. Because of this club boards demand success in these 2 completions and the fa cup is just a bonus. Same for the smaller clubs really, it is far more important for them to finish as high as possible in the league/ avoid relaxation than have a cup run.

I really can't see spurs selling him to man utd, I would love to see him in a red shirt, but I would say there's very little chance of it happening, we know what levy is like.. Hope I'm wrong like

I did mine playing football, had the op about 4 months after and was back playing football again 10 months after the op, still took me a while to build the strength up in again to somewhere were it once was.. My advice would be to take the rehab/physio very seriously if you want it right again, I got lazy with my rehab and had a couple of set backs because of it...

Check what the lease states, if it has gone 3 weeks without the landlord doing anything or has given a timescale for it to be fixed/repaired your within your right to withhold rent I would have thought..

As a 24 year old man utd fan I've been spoilt by the things he's helped the club achieve, nobody can do what he has, I just hope whoever that comes in does things the way he did and follows in his footsteps, It was inevitable but it sure will be sad to see him step down, absolute legend.
