  1. nine ferret kits in total ready to go, eight weeks old and fully weaned, parents are good workers, seven jills and two hobs, free of charge, cant upload pictures, as im not used to uploading pictures on here, if interested please contact me, im based in Leicestershire, many thanks
  2. hutch is in a shaded area, all my hutches are, been feeding dry, plenty of water and lacto free milk aswell, yea its a bit smaller than the other kits
  3. any raw meat apart from pork, ferret complete food, even the yolk from an egg, not the white, make sure hes got plenty of water aswell
  4. 5 weeks just opened its eyes in the last few days
  5. just noticed that one of the kits just sits there swaying its head from left to right and struggling to walk straight, as its walking its head is still going from side to side, anyone else seen this problem before, any advice on this thanks, all the other kits are well apart from this one

  7. kits r 5 weeks old now and been fine [BANNED TEXT] handled upto now, all of a sudden they all want nip and bite any suggestion how to stop this they get handled alot
  8. definitely get one, I used to be the same never used 1 before I got mine and this 1 time the hob killed down the hole and my mate had got his finder with him, put it on my jill and she went strait to him, only a dig of a foot which wasn't 2 bad, invested in a mark 1 strait away and I wouldn't be without 1 ever since as towards the end of the season it was a dig everytime
  9. my youngest jill gave birth to 9 kits a week last Tuesday, whens the best time to start handling them, she was mated with the only kit that my other jill and hob produced last year, hes done a good job lining two jills, with 18 kits in total, my uncle has got the sister to my jill, but ive think ive made a big big mistake, I lent this hob to a mate to line his jill, and hes told me its been nicked from his back yard but his jill is still there, I personally think hes took him out and lost him, he wont be having another ferret of me, hes had 3 off me in the past and lost them all, id give him a

  13. sounds like you havnt much of a clue with feeding ferrets, no cat food no milk unless its lactose free, give a egg yolk now and again for a treat, raw chicken will do if youve nothing else at the moment or get to the pet shop and buy dried for them
