  1. Should be. It's £40 a tonne delivered. Only saying....
  2. They're well-bred pups. I bought one and it's very switched on. Would make a fine stalking companion
  3. Sent you pm - no reply. Are you selling, or messing?
  4. Nothing as yet Bobajob. The police have been, all the 'keepers locally are aware and I'm postering the place tomorrow to see if we can flush him out. I can only trust that everyone on here gets a good look at his picture and makes sure they tell all their mates not to buy dogs from unknown sources. Anyone with any fresh ideas where these dogs go would be useful. We've a bit of recent trouble with trespass to a woodyard here, so I half think it's payback. Or just an opportunist thief roaming far and wide, seeing what they can get. Police are now involved and I've got good support locally.
  5. Lost, now believed possibly stolen from kennel, working border x lakeland male 2 years old. Not interested in pursuing thieves. Just would like dog back. Please have a look at the Doglost link here http://www.doglost.co.uk/dog_blog.php?dogId=43693 for pictures and more information. Missing from rural area south of York. Safe return ensures reward. Thank you.
  6. Two year old entire male black and tan Border x Lakeland lost on Thursday 4 October 2012. Not certain if lost or stolen or picked up from roadside, but no longer with us. Dog lost from south of Escrick, six miles south of York, close to A19. Working stock, doing well, strong and muscular. Very bright and friendly. Answers to "Jack". Bought from this forum earlier in the year to replace equally-good bitch (died of old age recently). Will p.m. more pictures to anyone with genuine leads or interest in recovering this dog. Will supply telephone number to anyone with information. Will off
  7. Quietly worked terriers in North Yorkshire for a few years, ratting and rabbiting. New to the forum; interested in countryside, wildlife, forestry. Run a small forestry outfit. Regards. Tom
