  1. There is an air gun club Cronton way Think its called Sandhall
  2. Perhaps some of you lads could sort the problem http://www.anorak.co...er-of-two.html/
  3. After some opinions I have a young Patterdale & was considering the purchase of the above book I was looking for some backgound / history on the breed & the men behind the dogs Stories of bygone hunters & dogs & perhaps some useful tips on bringing on my dog Would this book hit the spot or would I find it a waste of my hard earned money ? Thanks in advance of any responses
  4. Thanks for the link mate Thats exactly the type of setup I was considering Just considering my options at the moment for housing the dog due to a change of job & working hours Just wondering if any of you lads used similar cabins & how you found them
  5. Was looking to knock together a cabin for my terrier to house the dog outside during the daytime for a few hours when no one at home Would be grateful if any of you had any plans or blue prints Any tips or design suggestions before starting the project would be appreciated Thanks in advance
  6. Well spotted regarding his tail Choo The lad I got him off did in all fairness did say he felt the vet had docked a little short The dog has just on 4" (10cm) of tail As a noobie question -what should be the prefered remaining tail lenght I did see a couple weeks a go when out a lad with a Jack chi he had got of a gypsy The dog had been butuchered & had no tail remaining at all
  7. Heres mine just on 6 months Seem to have the terrier bug, these little dogs have won me over, considering another to my armoury just need to convince the wife
  8. Picked up a couple of these traps myself for around a tenner each delivered off e-bay Seem okay for the money & have had a couple of catches The only problems I've had is I suspect field mice taking the bate My young Pat pup managed to find a trapped rat at 01:30 one morning at the bottom of the garden & managed to wake the neighbours with his excitement For a few days after each catch he insists on attacking the empty cage when I attempt to reset the trap
  9. Piccy of my Pat with first kill Not the biggest rat but hopefuly the first of many
  10.
