never done much river fishing but me and my mate r joining the derwent river this year, apparently you can put in for a days swap with people at scotland for the day

i get all over mate, but my "local" fishery is sharpley springs, but i fish scotland, yorkshire quite alot aswell

ahh i see, i only fish it once in a blue moon, mainly stick to the small waters

ahh i already have the reel, its just i have an airflo rod at the min and its abit flexable for me

i am thinking of getting a new sonik sk8 fly rod, was just wondering if anybody has/owned 1 and if so what are they like? thanks in advance. shaun
