you had obvously done something to the regulator to stop it working all to gether because even at 2000 psi the r10 will not produce 40ft. depending on the cal of the rifle the reg will be set no higher then 100 bar and thats a .177 with a 12 inch barrel so a 15.5 inch barrel will have a much lower reg pressure

this is a common problem on the .177 ultra se and scorpion se as well as r10 the early bolt is 5mm dia and has a 3mm allen bolt that holds the banjo on, the bolt breaks between the banjo hole later bolts have the same banjo dia as the .22 so eliminating this problem

turning the power down on a scorpion or ultra is no more than a 15 min job behind the end cap there is a simple adjuster. anti clockwise will reduce the power

you cant rush a good thing Simon its like making good wine. and nearly takes as long. especialy if I do the work. altho I'm getting a little faster. that's because its so cold in the workshop only way to keep warm is move about faster

Phil you are going the wrong way a 400cc bottle is fitted to a rapid but only a 200cc on a R10 so you will get less shots the 400cc bottle is 50mm dia so is the 500cc bottle the 400 and 500 both use the same 18x1.5mm thread these both can be fitted to the rapid. to fit a 400 or 500 onto a R10 you need a longer bottle valve otherwise it will not clear the stock

Where the wait comes in with any rifle that is sent in to have work done is making the parts. I do not do a quick spit and polish I try where possible to make batches of parts. This takes time to do. Some rifles respond well to the modifications where as others do not. With a regal I can spend all day changing the hammer and regulator settings to get the rifle to shoot at its optimum. Anyone can chuck a reg in a rifle fit a weaker spring drill out the transfer port and say it's been tuned that's as far away from a tuned rifle as you can get. easy way is to take the trigger unit off the rifle. but you may need to drill out the anti tamper aluminium cap if its never been took apart before that is the silver cap on the back trigger bolt. once that's off you will be able to pull the bolt back and see. I get a lot of ultras in with the same problem.

its a easy fix. you first need take the brass bottle adaptor off there is a o ring on that part too. once thats off just unscrew the brass bolt there is a small bearing in there so dont loose it. with both parts off the rifle you may as well change both seals. just make sure you put the cut out on the plastic washer in the correct place when assembling it back on the rifle

sorry guys i dont look on the site often. yes i agree my communication skills are shit i need to address these better i feel. where a lot of the problems come from are i get many messages/e mails and other messages sent to me every day its hard to keep trak on things. many messages i read while im out waiting at resturants etc. i read the message and think yes i need get and sort that out. but by time i have finished reading all other messages and got back home i have forgotten. but not intentially. unfortunatly over this year i have had many issues not only with a death that is in the past.
