  1. I enjoy squirrel, had it a few times and was quite a nice meat, first time I prepared it was a bit reluctant to actually eat it, but I did and glad I did. As for the skinning I put them in a carrier bag and stick them in the freezer for about 20 minutes, seems to skin a lot easier that way Dan
  2. Nice one and good luck with your interview, I did the same printed out a load on CVs and letters, sent them to each Garage in my town looking for an apprenticeship. I wasn't lucky enough to get one, but I was able to get 2 days of unpaid work experience a week with 3 different Garages. Been doing it for 6 months now and things seem hopeful for next years enrolment (even if its 10 months away). Dan
