  1. Cracking bottom photo!!! The bloke behind the camera is clearly a natural!!!
  2. Shocking news, hadn't a clue... Walks are gonna be bloody quiet now...
  3. Come for a little swim with me and my shivery (he forgot useless) whippetty things!!! I offered you out a couple of years ago, offer still stands
  4. Sad news IWW... I think you are doing exactly the right thing by her though, like you say until she tells you otherwise, keep her happy.
  5. I doubt you'll be able to keep him under control where there is hooves about... If the dog uses it's nose to full effect and has been able to get close then it will always choose that over what ever you can offer it (in my limited experience). Don't take him for walks in the woods, or where ever you know you will come across that particular quarry or keep him on the lead. Other than that reside yourself to the fact that you may loose him for a while and plan your time accordingly .... I have dogs that will hunt on and on if given the chance so I have to keep on top of them or not let them go..
  6. Clearly dreaming again!!! My ferreting at the weekend consisted of a couple of 6-7 foot digs no bolts and no rabbits! F@cking awesome!!! Hope you're well...
  7. My pup I kept back from the litter I bred... Really pleased with her recent progress on the lamp she's a quick little bugger!!!
  8. Rubbish luck for you buddy, though I'm glad it's yours at not mine for once...
  9. I had the pup out for a bit of one to one time on some permission just getting her used to being in the woods and bit of shooting with my air rifle. We went through a ditch and made a little noise going through with the pup about 6 yards in front of me and as I was climbing out of the ditch and standing up a old dog fox came stalking up the path towards the pup, eyes fixed and didn't take a blind bit of notice of me until I shouted at the bugger, I dare say it would of had a good go at the pup if not have taken her, she'd of been about 4 months old at the time.
  10. Fantastic! That looks like a lot of fun... How tall is your dog?
  11. Droppers bud caught them with a tidy collie X first them gave them to her have to give the poor thing a chance At least you're honest mate, who did you borrow the tidy collie x off?? Cant believe you are in New York and still got your nose tucked into THL!!! Get a life!!!
  12. Nicely done, how are the rest of the pups coming on?
  13. Cheers bud, she's a year old now and doing well. I was well happy with her on the day, apart from being balled up in the longnet! All the pups are doing well, had some pictures sent through recently and will put a post up...
