  1. Does anyone else suffer from bad connections with the standard lamp connections eg cigarette lighters, Jack plugs and Croc clips Came to a head the other night when lamping and dog just about to strike right in the middle of a huge field and then it was dark So off to B&Q for some inspiration and came up with this, ( hope pics work! ) Only cost about £4 in all and feels really robust I have got a great confidence in this connector, Another tip, dont buy the expensive battery belts put the batterys in a rucksack then chuck all your bunnies in there too
  2. I Have a bitch bred the same way, absolute cracker, would definately have another of this breeding when I need, Have a bump on me, someone will have a good dog here :clapping:
  3. I Actually think that GB taking the front is fantastic news .... He is more of a to**er than the last one, after a couple of years of him no messer will want to vote the party in again.
  4. As I said folks, I would not have thought it to be intentional if you read the post. The tradition of having the horses in the river is to wash them off to look their best to be sold. I believe that the bloke does have a lot to answer for and was either too heavy handed or possabely drunk? He should therefore be held to account for his actions, however as I said the horse would have been of value to him and drowning it would have never been his intention. All I am trying to do is to put it into perspective, is it not tradition in some cultures to sacrifice goats by throwing them off buildi
  5. Please dont get me wrong in this reply, I think it is tragic that the horse drowned and yes he is a coward for running off, however, horses are a currency for these folks, I struggle very hard to believe that anyone would do this on purpose when the horse would have held a decent value at the fair. Irresponsable yes, intentional, I would not have thought so. More to the point to put this into perspective, I have been around horses and on horses since I was knee high to a grasshopper, the amount of fatal accidents that happen in racing for example at point to points the most famous and pub
  6. I seen the same lad!!!. iv just got home now from it! Cracking day, took the wheaten with us. Got offered a grand for him:D........Its rough as f**k though.............but i don't care how many times id get done over there just to look at them birds!!!!! When we travel up to Wick and Thurso during the winter we always see an old traveller riding up and down the roads on a big brown and white horse.Wonder if its the same fella ? This chap had a flat cap on backwards, fair play he rode the thing round and round all day, even though it was scorching hot, his face was as white as a sheet,

True mate I am with you totally but do you still have milk in your tea, I used to shoot a hell of a lot of bull calves when I was a kennelman just because they were no good to man nor beast. Not wishing to get at you, I still use milk, love it, but disagree with the way in which it arrives in our fridges, meat, well I can do something about that, keep me own pigs in a shed, and rent two acres of extended garden off one of these townies moved to the countryside and keep rotating beef cattle round that, real easy when you put your mind to it. Oh and ducks Soooo easy to rear and eat, love em!
  10. That coller is unreal is that the one with the pink quick release lead too??
  11. F@@k me, i can not believe i have just read all of this!! Proper dog men? Stay in the kennel for 23 hours of the day, running machine for the other hour. I guess this is going to put a lot of folks on their high horse about treadmills but come on, where is the countrymen amoungst you?? Fair play I am sitting in front of a computer right now, I use it for work every day, however you will not find a TV in my house, that is for couch potatoes, them who do not have time to dedicate at least an hour either end of the day to their dogs do not diserve to keep them. Get your ar*es out
  12. I am quite enjoying seeing how this post is progressing! But to all who have posted you need to ask yourselves this, when visiting the fair are you buyers, sellers or tourists, and if any of the afore mentioned when was the last time you went to the fair? The long and short of this post is that the fair is a horse fair so who else goes there with a purpose?
  13. Recon you are right there Olly Nice pup bet it will go like sh*t off a shovel with that much running dog in it!! All the best Matt
  14. Tell you what I did with mine when moved into new house..... took all the glass to the tip, tied some tidy mesh to it, put half a roof on and it is now a perfect aviry for the harris hawk, now a green house that catches me rabbits!! Also would make a good terrier kennel in the same respect, cheaper than buying one of those fancy ones and a damn sight easier too!! All the Best
