  2. There is no doubt that the advances Daystate make are pioneering and made to aid accuracy as long as the shooter does their part. However, many achieve this accuracy with non-electronic equipment all the time. I very recently got a new MK4IS I have to admit on the hearsay of such superb engineering and technology. I can say here that the engineering was mediocre at best. The action had play between the stock so would "clack" when I slung it around. The magazine produced inferior (very) groups compared with the single-shot tray. The single shot tray, when removed) would shell itself of one of t
  3. Does everything all my other PCP's did but the mag system puts it ahead of all others (except my Ripley) on an engineering level. Nice rifle overall it really is.
  4. Don't think much of my hamster though
  5. Yes, brand new at Knibbs. .177. I zero'd it tonight by torchlight and it's ready for an early start.
  6. I get to try mine out tomorrow as well. Itching to give it a go. New last Saturday, full length.
  7. I just picked up a brand new HW100 T and it's a cracking gun with a superb loading system. It's accurate and being full length it has a fair shot capacity. This came about as I recently bought a Daystate MK4 IS which I thought was very average overall (it had a fantastic stock on it) which I sold on Saturday. Price clearly is no guarantee of satisfaction nor good engineering. However, I have had two R-10's (both MK2) which were faultless and tbh, I feel were a better rifle to shoot than my 100. That may change in weeks to come.
  8. Replied. it's a standard sporter length and feels about the same weight as an AAS400 if that helps.
  9. Daystate MK4 IS. The action (2011) is truly mint in a select Daystate walnut sporter stock. I have used this once and just can't bond with it. Comes in original box with everything that it comes with new. Mag/tray/charger/adapter etc. Less than six tins of pellets through it. The stock is brand new and used just the once; not a mark on it. Studs professionally fitted.I am after £800 ftf or can be found at Worcester Air Rifles on a Sunday. Looking for something of the same value if anyone is considering a trade.
  10. Air Arms S400F Classic. 2013 action in a custom walnut thumb-hole stock. Unblemished action sits in a one off walnut stock with palm shelf, adjustable butt pad and comb. Beautiful dark walnut stock with an MPR hamster. Just a beautiful accurate 400 that does everything you ask of it. Collection only. £450 rifle only.
  11. Daystate MKIV IS. Minter than a polo. Unused select Daystate walnut stock with grain to die for. I haven't seen one like it anywhere. Unmarked 2011 action with less than 3000 shots fired through it. Boxed with all bits that come as standard. 10 shot mag, fill adapter, single shot tray, charger etc. Collection only £800. No scope but can be had (Falcon Menace for another £120). May consider PX with EV (later model)
  12. Thanks, special order from Daystate, need to finish it over the next few weeks.
  13. I am on my first. Picked up Thursday, rabbit in the pot today. Rubbish silencer though.
  14. A woman from the sally army told me there are 78 families in Droitwich on their list for food handouts over Christmas. Droitwich was once a pretty affluent area in comparison with my own district. It shocked me, we're talking basic food, nothing special for the festive season. Shame on this government.
  15. This Saturday I got a £7500 payout from the hardnose bank of PPI payments; Lloyds. I had a total of £9000 last year from Lombard and HSBC. Not once have I employed the services of a third party, just get a standard form from moneysavingexpert.com and send basic information about your claim to the bank who you had the agreement with. It is their duty to conduct a SAR (subject access request) and carry out an investigation. Only Lloyds disputed my claim so I went to the financial ombudsman (Lloyds send you the form) and three months later they found in my favour. Eight weeks after that a che

  17. I had the Pano EV 4-12x40 on three of my rifles (all MAP6A) and still have one on my Ripley for HFT. I rate these scopes due to the reasonable glass and fine reticle which aids very precise aiming. I recently went for a used Digi nite-eye and whilst it is another good scope it's like looking down a drinking straw in comparison with the Panorama. Not long ago I was hunting squirrels and I kept having to come off the scope to re-assess where they were when they moved. With the Pano I am able to track them without having to lift my head.
