  3. Hi Lads after a bit of advice, My bitch is currently 3 years old and doing well as a ferreting and lamping bitch she is 19" tts. I have just got new permission and need an extra dog to give me a hand. I would like to breed my bitch for my own use but undecided what I could cover her with I have the choice or bedlington whippet or bedlington terrier which would use lads use cheers

  7. Been looking around all the for sale sites preloved etc and for some reason it doesn't seem a easy job finding a Jill? Does anyone have other ideas ? Either got one for sale or know anybody, been keeping on top of my permissions as much as I can with the rifle but would prefer a ferret for the day time big numbers not just for the sport but to also keep the farmers happy. It cost me two bottles of whiskey this year to keep them sweet lol

  9. just as the season comes i lost my jill went out to find her struggling to walk and could hardly breath, came back into the house to get the number for the vets and didnt even manage to get the number into my phone and she was dead! just as the season was getting under way couldnt of been a worse time. so i am now on the look out for something to take her place preferably a jill. i know its a lot to ask for this time of year but would want something working as i have some ground to cover and dont want to be letting farmers down am in Hartlepool so if there is any ferrets available please get
  10. Can anybody recommend a cabinet ? Or anybody got a one for sale close to hartlepool. I am all ready to send of my application but now understand I need a new cabinet. Thanks for the help

  12. I will try the 500 buy 600 hold seems like it makes sense. Also I have a 1 gun cabinet but it's shotgun so means taking scope off each time to put it away will this be a problem? It's just something I want to get right because paying 50 notes to then be refused is a lot to loose so any info on application will be greatly appreciated

  17. thanks for that mate, i seen a review on the rifle where the bloke was cleaning the nickel with maintenance spray on a cloth but i dont really want to try that just incase lol

  19. The stock is spot on for clean mate but like I said with it been the nickel barrel I just want to keep on top of it from marks when in the field etc, there is a few cleaners about but don't know which will be best. Cheers pal
  20. Just wondering what you lads use and prefer for cleaning your air rifles? I have the 97k with the nickel barrel and want to keep the barrel as clean as possible. The stock is simple to clean with it been synthetic?

  22. The silencer does make a lot of difference mate but like we are saying it's the size of the gun once the silencer is added, suppose it's something that when u get used to the size etc wouldn't bother you I suppose
  23. The extra length is hard to get use to, hopefully I can get my head round it and enjoy it mate
