    The minimum calibre for large deer in England and Wales is a 240.

    I have had a Berwick Endurance for 10 years, keeeps you dry and has a detachable hood, loads of pockets, had a solway zipper many years ago,went stiff as a board in cold weather, smelly after a period of time, you can't wash waxed cotton, wouldn't have another wax jacket.

    Barony College in Dumfries does DSC Level 1 courses at weekends, i done mine there cost £250 DSC level 2 costs £100.

    Don't waste your cash on sealskinz gloves, i had a pair and they are crap, the manufacturer states that they are waterproof, i can assure you they are not, mines fell apart after 1 seasons use. I sent them back to the manufacturer to complain but they just sent them back stating that they tested them and as far they were concerned they were not faulty, any decent company would have at least sent a replacement pair. Look on amazon they sell them and there is some reviews from customers who purchased them. Get yourself something made from neoprene, Deben do ones with trigger finger holes.

    I have one, i use it with a striker, i can't fault it, it has never run flat any time i have been out with it, i wear mines on a belt, it is great for walking about with, especially going over fences, once you have tried one you will never use a lead acid battery again, do youself a favour and get one they are the dogs bollocks

    I will try and locate one at the weekend and have a look through it if possible, i was intending to go for a s&b but saw this scope at a good price, an equivalent s&b would be double the cost of the Meopta
