  1. I am curious to see how they work out for you. I have been wondering about getting a Jagd myself but don't know of anyone who has them so I can see how they perform. Keep us posted on their development.
  2. Excellent site. I could really get into hog hunting if there were any around here. I went to Texas to hunt with some friends earlier this year and it definitely got my blood pumping!

    Fly Traps

    I have used fly traps for years with good results. I find that they work better if I put them near the dog pens but not too close. If you put them too close to the dogs, you end up attracting flies to the area that you want to rid them from. I put mine about 20 yards away from the nearest dog. I hope you have good results also.
  4. Hi ya'll. What a great site this is. I really enjoy the multi-national theme along with the wide variety of dogs/hunting discussed. There are so many types of hunting dogs that I am interested in but can only own a couple at a time. Right now I am hunting a Mountain Cur (Kemmer) and a Mountain Feist. I use these dogs mostly for squirrel hunting but enjoy using them on coon and possum as well. If it climbs a tree, I consider it fair game. In the past I have owned coonhounds, beagles, and coyote hounds. I have some new friends that are introducing me to hog hunting as well. It doesn't m
