  1. And whats this bollox about being a chav scum if you're wearing realtree? If any group of people should be judging our personality on what we wear, it should be us lot!
  2. The main reason the British Army don't wear Realtree is because it's too precise (like you have to be in an oak wood in early autumnm for it to work!). Anyway they use DPM because they made it - the americans made Realtree, so they're not exactly gonna wear that are they? Personally im not too fussed about wearing realtree myself - it does it's job if you're shooting pigeons etc., but once you move out of your oak wood or whatever, it doesn't work! DPM is good for all terrains, and it's been trailed and trusted by the Army. And it's also too expensi
  3. Hello mate - you should get yourself that bren you're firing! Haha welcome to the site
  4. ''Oh i got it'' - haha great comment! And great shot too!
  5. Oh well mate, at least you tried like! Let's hope this new permission has any luck! Good luck and you'll get you're reward soon im sure!
  6. Nice terrain there - is this near Annan? I'll be getting a work placement too with college (newton rigg), so im in the same boat!
  7. Nice shot, that's a fair distance, and with a crosswind too! Some people wouldd say isnt sporting enough, but it does'nt need to be sporting if you say that the hares over there cause that much damage. Good old fashioned pest control!
  8. DPM's cheaper and more accessible at surplus shops - just as long as you take off any badges once you buy it, otherwise you'll look like a "civvi mong" as the squaddies will say!
  9. Not against the DSC, mainly because i get it free with my course im doing! So it cant do too much harm like!
  10. Like trapperman said, just as long as the animal doesn't see it, you should be reet. If your mk4 is shiny and new, then you should dull it down by soaking it in tea, or burying it in a marsh/bog for a few days. But if it's rusty, you shouldn't have any problems, and so wont need to put soil ontop - just a few leaves will do. Is it normally practice? Well depends on what evironment your in - this time of the year with the leaves falling you should put leaves in - in the summer, start thinking about grass. There's no real manual as to how to set a fenn, just as long as it's legal. If yo
