  1. No breed particularly annoys me....at work I see pretty much every breed going and sadly it is the owners that annoy me the most...people who have Labradoodles and Cockerpoos that talk to me like they are kennel club registered show quality dogs really get to me i can't help but point out that they're dog is in fact a cross-breed and will never win crufts!lol And spoilt/babied dogs who are scared of their own shadow and not properly socialized irritate me too. 3. Hey...I thought i would post this here as well as everywhere else i can think of.. I have a customer at work who had aher dog stolen from her back garden two weeks ago. She is devestated and would like her to be returned safely and asap...so i turn to you guys and girls on here and ask you to please please please keep your eyes peeled, her name is Alaska and she is a long haired GSD x Husky and has very disitinctive bright blue eyes. She was taken from Longstock in Hampshire just outside of Andover and her mum thinks that whoever took her may well of headed down to the Dorset Steam Fai
  4. The donation isn't anything to do with the petition just ignore it... Miss T x
  5. They have they're own garden in which the dog would go in mostly but as it was a nice day they took the dog to the communal garden as do others that live there and own dogs...and as you dont know them or the dog i dont think you have any right in saying anything bad..the dog was well looked after and loved and if any of them messed they would be cleaned up after....but again that is beside the point. Shepp i respect what you are saying and you are entitled to your own opinion so i don't want to argue...if you don't agree don't sign it...you don't need to go and leave a message saying so.
  6. Isn't the point of communal gardens to have freedom of space, it is a shared garden which itself is fenced but the hives were not....it wasn't the fact that there were hives but more the fact the bees had not been properly cared for which resulted in an over population and hives being situated in the surrounding trees and the bees aggression can be hightend due to this....the fact is that it was an accident and this is known but it could of been a child of which they're many that play in the gardens...they do not want the bees destroy'd just relocated to a more suitable area where they will be
  7. Hi everyone... I realise that this post isn't concerning Lurchers, Terriers, Spaniels or any other 'working' dog but it does concern a dog that I had the pleasure of knowing since she was 8 weeks old...she was a Black German Shepard called Sara... Please go to the link below and read the very sad outcome of Sara's very short life...and if you wouldn't mind signing the petition it would be very much appreciated.... http://www.ipetitions.com/petition/gsd_sara_andover/ I understand they're might be some people on here that maybe don't agree with what the petition is all about b

  10. no chance! Each to there own...at work we have had numerous dogs coming in having been frontlined...they have done they're house and the dog beds and everything and the fleas aren't dying so i'm only saying what i have seen...Advocate has worked on my two and they havent had ticks since i've been using it...end of the day its whatever you find works for you and your dog... Atb Miss T x
  11. Happy Birthday sweet...Miss T x
  12. Tick hook...and i use Advocate instead of Frontline...found that fleas and ticks are becoming immune to frontline where it is the most commonly used tick/flea treatment.. Atb Miss T x

  14. Nasty lil'things.....we had a ESS come into work a few years ago and we removed 72 of them....they were all over his back...head..ears..legs..feet..in between his toes...tail...belly...everywhere and they went from tiny ones to very full very fat and grey ones..it was horrible...when you stroked him it was just bumpy, worst thing is the owner didn't know... I'm fairly lucky with my two and they very rarely pick them up...but they get checked after every walk especially the terrier...lol Best thing to remove them is a tick hook...great little thing and so quick, and although most of yo
