  1. Owned it for 3 years, replaced Battery, lense, reflector and bulbs last year. Had a Heart attack so never got to use it! Not going to be doing much this year either,so the docs say. Prefer to sell to someone local..Mid wales, near Llandrindod wells/Newtown,Powys or it can be posted. Lamp works perfectly and has the mains charger,I do have a car charger somewhere in the shed and if I can find it I will include it. Where the handle joins the lamp head has been repaired in the past but does not affect its use. Im asking £75 for it and postage is around £5.50 so £.50 if you need delivery. send
  2. Cheers Jack,That is why I gave an old postcode. Bitch has now gone, good luck with her lads.
  3. Hi all,my Mrs has decided to sell her Greyhound bitch, she was 1 of our ex racers(Sprint races) that we kept, she has caught a few rabbits and did bring them back, she is good on lead and off while in field, good with other dogs, just not cats or small fluffies. Wife setting up new business and not got time to take her out lamping and I only work my old faithful. She wants £ O.N.O We are in Gloucestershire, This postcode will bring you to within 1 mile of our house. GL18 1TB Darren: 07746373339
  4. Hi mo,I came across it myself for the first time in years of keeping fowl, one of my hybrid hens sat a clutch of 10 eggs and 9 hatched, everything was going well until around 7 weeks old when i noticed 3 were lame and puffed up,I phoned a vet that I know who only deals with poultry,he called in at mine on his way home and said it was mareks,in his opinion the kindest thing to do was dispatch the ill ones and keep an eye on the rest,so far so good,I`ve had no more cases and the others are now 15 weeks old. You can get chicks vaccinated against mareks or go for a breed that doesn`t seem to get it
  5. Hi all i have a good farmer friend who has always had collies, but a few years ago got his first kelpie, now he swears by them and would never go back as he says they are a different animal to work with and they are hardier in his opinion. what are your views on the working kelpie ?? Also i know a few of you have kelpie crosses/or you have had them. tomo being 1 i can remember off top of my head. What is your opinion on this cross ? is a first cross better or do you need to dilute the mix more ? 3/4 greyhound x 1/4 kelpie Look forward to your suggestions, pictures etc
  6. Cheers peeps keep `em coming and lets see a few pictures if possible.

  9. Hi all,im looking for a good home for my 2 year old racing greyhound bitch, she was with trainer and trialed at coventry recently, was going to start off in sprints then work up to 480m once she had bit of track craft and fitness, circumstances changed and have her at home, but as she so spirited and young wants/needs the track, could rehome to a family etc but would be unfair on her. £200 for a bitch that could be anything in right hands Im In Gloucester area, any more info please contact me via phone as rarely get online Darren :07746373339
  10. If i wasnt running two jobs i would be keeping her,i bred her, watched her be born and reared her this last 10 months,so trust me its not an easy choice, she is bred for working and with my commitments etc that wont be happening this season,so id rather her go to someone that is going to work her and have a lot of fun with her, rather than have her sitting around in a run at home.
