  1. Thanks for the input all. I did try calling the local track but due to the current Covid situation was unable to make contact. Since then she's been booked in for surgery with a practice in mid Wales highly recommend by a local fellow Lurcherman. Time will be taken in recovery, luckily being involved with horses we know a couple of good physios that have already offered to aid with the rehabilitation.
  2. Couldn't find any info on bone men in my area from the search. Going to see a chap tomorrow in Swansea, top notch osteopath but very expensive apparently. Got her on metacam but the swellings tremendous
  3. long story short, was out walking the dogs in an area where I've never seen rabbits before bumped a thumper on horrendous ground bitch took off out out of site had a bump, knew something was wrong after a minute when she didn't return. Resulted in a nasty dislocated wrist, local vets in Ammanford don't want to know as its out their area of expertise. Can anyone point me in the right direction of good veterinary practice or bone specialist? Any help appreciated ?
  4. He's a looker that's for sure. Get much action? I can do a 10 mile circuit on the hills local to me and not see a thing
  5. Always wanted to go fly fishing in NZ, maybe one day. Share some pics with us on your return all the best

May be in the wrong section but how much £would I be looking to spend for 2x 25yrd quick set nets and basket. I've seen a couple online but I just don't want to be spending more than I have to.
  8. Same with her she was born with it. Take her to the vet anyway see what they say. Thanks for the replies chaps just wondered if anyone else had come across it as it's a first for me
  9. Hi all, I've just got myself a lovely little 8 week old lurcher bitch but she's got a slight kink towards the end of her tail. Has anyone come across this before? If so do you think a splint would sort it out. Not that it's a hindrance to her in any way. Any advice much appreciated thanks
  10. Been ferreting for years now and never longnetted this method may well be the way forward on our ground
