MTC mamba with scb reticle makes a great combo on those rifles.

I found as a very young lad that field craft and stalking methods need just as much practice as your shooting. Especially at air rifle distances, the closer you need to get the more stelth needed. Regards Tez

When i had my hw100kt the bisley magnums were my pellet of choice for hunting, I felt like a murderer not hunter, as for me that combo aided with digi rangefinder I felt as I couldn't miss. I had a mamba scope at the time with the scb reticle. 55yd rabbits all day long. There was another pellet that went well too think they were weihrauch either heavies or magnums both.177 Regards Tez

Hello to all members, Just a short introduction, My name is Terry and I live in a small village near to Retford North Notts, aged 58 but lucky enough to be still fit and healthy. I'm a professional dog handler and have been for 26 yrs. I have two gsd's and a patterdale terrier. I have been shooting from an early age with air rifles and shotguns but now only airweapons. Rifle of choice at the moment is a HW 97K. I mostly hunt, but having only moved down here in the last 6 mths from Wakefield, I have yet to secure any permissions but never get fed up of door knocking lol I
