wood pigeon i have loads of pigeon breast in the freezer

hi ive shot loads of pigeon and there now in the freezer and was looking for some help with what to make them into. ive fry them and eat them with salad and balsamick vinager like mark gilcrist says to but i can only eat so much like that. any one know any good recipies?

place breasts in the slow cooker mate with all the diced veg let it cook on medium over night until tea time next day add gravy then enjoy.tastes just like liver and onion gravy the best.....good look

I bought a mincer from lidl 4 years ago mince them and use just like beef mince chilli lassangna spag bol etc i also make sausages with them chorizo as well yum yum

This time of year you'll have to go a long way to beat pigeon burgers cooked briefly on the bbq washed down of course with the black stuff :drink:

Mince up the breasts, add some finely chopped apple n onion n a little bit o bread crum to bind, then make ur self some pigeon n apple burgers

Stuff with fresh jalepeno and onion. Wrap with bacon. Grill.
Serve with beer. Lots of it.
