Hello do not know much about racing greyhounds, but i own a lurcher it is an ex racing bitch bred from droopy scholes and knockeven star, cross a 1/2 bull grey.My dog was the runt and is now fully grown and looks the spit of his mum,[bit more muscled]. he is by far the fastest dog i have ever owned, and has won a few coursing events. What i would like to know if i bred him to a racing bitch could i make a dog that is capable of racing on a track.I know the dog would still have a 1/8th bull in it but could still be used as track dog. THANK YOU.
