hi all
about 10 weeks ago one of the kids stepped back onto the dogs toe,she give a good yelp and cried a bit not the normal cry.she was limping a lot so i took her to the vets.
the vet said she dont think its broke just go easy with her for a few weeks and see how it goes.i did for 4 weeks and seemed ok i then raced her a over 200yrds at a club and she was limping again so i keep her on the lead for a further 5 weeks raced again and was fine...
yesterday i went out ferreting with her so she got a few runs etc twisting and turning and again ended up limping with her toe problem.
can anyone help with some advice on this sort of injury, maybe something i can buy to strenthing her toe or maybe longer rest?
many thanks
matt
